The product "Planning and Current Analysis" is intended for automation of budget processes of the organizations working in the field of mass media. The solution provides also automation of network of filial structures of the company.
Features and program capabilities:
- formation of planned budgets of the organization and its branches on the basis of income and expense items (as "from scratch", and the actual budget of previous year);
- control of budget implementation according to documents of an accounting system;
- adjustment of the budget in a real mode of time,
- storage of all history of budget process in the organization.
The product "Planning and Current Analysis" allows to exchange via the External Data Sources (EDS) mechanism data with different financial accounting systems (for example, 1C: ERP Enterprise Management, 1C: Accounting 8, 1C: Integrated Automation 8, etc.)
The "Planning and Current Analysis" configuration is developed using functionality of 1C:Subsystems Library.
The configuration is original, but not independent, it is necessary to have the set 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform for its work, not below version 8.3.7.
The configuration is not protected. The principle of openness of the code for a possibility of adaptation of a product under needs of end users is implemented.
