• Access to electronic services of federal and regional authorities
• Storage of data on the history of addresses of applicants
• Access for the applicant to information on the course of providing the public or municipal service
• Use of the electronic signature according to the requirements set by regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation
• Support of interaction with the bodies providing the public or municipal services in electronic form and by means of courier services (in case of transfer of paper documents) with fixing of activity of couriers
