Detailed description

Automated information system Social protection is intended for work of staff of different divisions of social security authorities of administrative education. Creation of automated information system allows to increase considerably efficiency and quality of work of social security authorities of the population on implementation of policy of the Russian Federation in the field of social protection of aged citizens, disabled people, families with children and also other disabled groups of the population needing social support. A system is developed within creation of the system of personal accounting of the population (SPAP) and integrated with other information systems SPUN.

The AIS "Social protection" is intended for formation, maintaining and use of the single database and provides accomplishment of the following functions:

• maintaining and accounting of the registration these citizens applying for receiving measures of social support;
• formation and data processing, the measures of social support connected with decisions on appointment to citizens;
• decision support according to petitions from citizens;
• operating control of the data provided by citizens and created by the specialists operating a system;
• legally significant information exchange with the external organizations;
• formation of reporting documentation;
• carrying out analytical work.

A system integrates in itself the following functional subsystems:

• accounting;
• decision supports;
• "Appointments and payments";
• "Reports and statistics";
• information exchange;
• information and analytical subsystem;
• "Minors";
• "Subsidies";
• "Social support";
• "Portal";
• Settings;
• Administrative.

Each subsystem represents the separate functional module intended for solving of tasks, the social security authorities of the population delivered for certain divisions. The user of each of subsystems can enter or change information only on that type of families with which this subsystem works. Besides, if necessary the user can browse information on the families registered in other subsystems. For information security support in a system differentiation of user rights is implemented. Change of information entered by users of other subsystem is impossible.

Instruments of creation

In a system the client-server technology using Microsoft SQL Server DBMS and the С# language as a development tool is implemented.
