AIS Tourism

The Federal Tourism Agency (Rostourism) announced in September, 2013 holding an open competition on execution of works on creation, ensuring functioning and development of automated information system of complex support of development of internal and entrance tourism in the Russian Federation within implementation of the federal target program "Development of Internal and Entrance Tourism in the Russian Federation (2011-2018)" (AIS "Tourism")^[1].

According to the tender documentation, the AIS "Tourism" represents the single distributed state information system providing formation and data processing, contained in the state and municipal information resources, data of official state statistics and also other data necessary for ensuring acceptance of normative, management and other decisions in the field of state regulation of tourism. The purpose of creation of a system is information support of the solution of priorities of the state on development of a tourist and recreational complex of the Russian Federation and to creation of the competitive market of tourist services.

For achievement of this purpose it is necessary to solve problems, in particular: on process automation of management of program and project activity in the field of tourism, management of tourist infrastructure of the industry, management of development of tourist and recreational and autotourist clusters, monitoring, assessment and development of tourist capacity of the subjects of the Russian Federation, management and support of tourist activity; on consolidation (integration) of information resources of the industry on the Internet and to creation of the national tourist portal.

The AIS "Tourism" should represent uniform informational and functional space for all user groups. This task should be implemented due to creation of a uniform information model of data and methods of their processing focused on requirements of each of user groups.

The contractor of the government contract should perform works on upgrade of the concept of creation and development of the AIS "Tourism", development of the general technical specifications and functionality of the 1st and 2nd queue and also on development and upgrade of subsystems of the 1st and 2nd queue.

The customer estimated works on the government contract at 223.6 million rubles. On their accomplishment allotted term from the moment of signing of the contract till December 25, 2015. Rostourism accepts applications for participation in biddings till October 3, intends to start their consideration the 9th, and to sum up the tender results — no later than October 14. Including documentation, the customer posted detailed information on the tender on the official site for state procurements of the Russian Federation.
