AKSi-clinic 7.11

The AKSIMED company released in June, 2011 the new version of the medical information system (MIS) AKSi-clinic. According to representatives of the company, when developing version 7.11 the needs of application of information technologies for medicine especially relevant at a present stage of formation in Russia of the Single state information system in the field of health care and social development were considered.

One of principal directions of informatization of health care — simplification and acceleration of record of patients on acceptance. For this purpose in the new version of MIS AKSi-clinic possibilities of work planning of the medical equipment and offices are expanded and also the flexibility of setup of working schedules of doctors and management of the schedule of acceptance of patients is increased. In particular, planning of repeated visits by patients of doctors, procedural offices and other repeating treatment-and-prophylactic actions became the most convenient and simple.

The key component of any MIS is an electronic medical record. Its functions in version 7.11 are significantly updated and expanded. There were new sections Epikriza, Medical commissions, Statements; to doctors electronic versions of the check card of dispensary observation and documents in the direction of the patient for hospitalization with the subsequent accounting of results of treatment in a hospital are made available.

Accounting of financial aspects of their activity is especially important for treatment and prevention facilities of any pattern of ownership now (state, municipal, commercial, departmental), and the corresponding block of a medical information system AKSi-clinic in the new version became even more powerful. The integration mechanism of interaction with databases of insurance companies is developed for obtaining data on insurance policies; functions of financial control are complemented with checks on exceeding of the amounts of the guaranteed covering under the agreement with insurance company. There was a new agreement type with the patient — 'deposit": on it the patient reserves on the account funds for medical services which can be rendered as him, and other patients (for example, to family members).

The new version of MIS AKSi-clinic is delivered for 32-bit and for 64-bit versions of OS Microsoft Windows. Installation of the new version on the server after its start is executed in the automatic mode, and in client workplaces the software of a medical information system is updated without participation of the administrator — on Click-Once technology.

AKSi-clinic 7.15

The AKSIMED company released in November, 2011 the new version of the medical information system (MIS) AKSi-clinic. In version 7.15 more complex information support of all medical and diagnostic process — from further improvement of the electronic clinical record (the electronic medical record) of the patient with reflection in it of the course and results of drug treatment and the appointed procedures before expansion of functions of the vypisny epicrisis is provided; the special emphasis is placed on the programs of diagnostics, prevention and early detection of diseases of a cardiovascular system, bodies of digestive tract and the urinogenital sphere which were especially demanded now in the treatment and prevention facilities (TPF); possibilities of data exchange between MIS AKSi-clinic and other information systems are expanded.

So, users of a medical information system can quickly receive data on the procedures and medicines ordered to the patient now — with breakdown on specific days and reflection of the real course of medical process. New features appeared in sections "The sheet of appointments" and "The plan of observations" in the electronic clinical record (the electronic medical record).

Along with the state, municipal and commercial health facilities a medical information system the AKSi-clinic is widely applied also in departmental health facilities (for example, in medical networks of the enterprises of Gazprom). In them the new option of formation of the card of professional survey for the list of patients will become especially demanded (including the persons occupied on productions with harmful working conditions).

Innovations concerned also standard configurations which in MIS AKSi-clinic there is a considerable number. And convenient the interface of a medical information system for the most mass type of health facilities became even more visual (a configuration Clinic); in a configuration Sanatorium unloading of data for passport and visa service where sanatorium organizations submit the information about the patients is optimized.

In the new version of a medical information system AKSi-clinic the next key stages of implementation of such programs are automated:

• creation of models of the patients included in programs on the basis of determination and the analysis of set of different criteria and signs — the states of health, existence of risk factors, results of diagnostic testings, screening polls and rapid tests;
• formation of actions plans on mass inspection of patients with their subsequent differentiation on risk groups, groups with preclinical forms of diseases, etc., diagnostic and treatment which should be carried out within programs, setup of frequency of their accomplishment;
• a task of indicative indicators of the state of health which should be controlled within the program, monitoring of their dynamics and execution of the planned actions, assessment of impact of these actions on change of indicators of the state of health.

Thanks to automation of programs of prevention of diseases on the basis of use of a medical information system AKSi-clinic the following results are achieved:

• patients with preclinical and early clinical symptoms of diseases come to light, their treatment and warning of complications will effectively be organized;
• the incidence of patients and risk of sudden death decreases;
• the number of cases of the started diseases and premature death rate and also trudopoter due to illness and disability decreases;
• life expectancy of patients increases and its quality increases.

AKSi-clinic 7.22

In version 7.22 possibilities of complex automation of medical and diagnostic process, management of work of medical institution and the organization of its interaction with an external environment are expanded.

As one of relevant tasks of the treatment and prevention facilities (TPF) formation of "passports of health", in particular for representatives of separate social and demographic and professional groups serves (school students, pensioners, employees of the enterprises with harmful working conditions), and in a medical information system the AKSi-clinic appeared a possibility of creation of such passports in the automatic mode. The subsystem of electronic medical records expanded the functionality thanks to what the efficiency of interaction of out-patient divisions of medical institutions and hospitals is increased and also process of the direction of patients on researches and consultations is optimized.

Before many health facilities there are also problems of modification of their organization structure, creation new and/or conversions of the available divisions, established posts, positions, and now the medical information system AKSi-clinic is capable to reflect quickly similar changes that even more expands possibilities of MIS in management of work of health facilities.

The efficiency of this work in many respects depends on how communications of health facilities with the external environment are adjusted, and here users of a medical information system AKSi-clinic are also waited by useful innovations. The option of automatic formation of the report forms sent to medical insurance companies with the list of the services rendered to patients is added to MIS; accounting of work with agents of health facilities is completely automated (including maintaining the corresponding magazines and calculation of an agency fee).

AKSi-clinic 7.24

The AKSIMED company released in March, 2013 the new version of the medical information system (MIS) AKSi-clinic. Fundamental difference of version 7.23 — implementation of all functions of information technologies in medicine in the web mode: for a full-fledged work in MIS any standard Internet browser supporting the modern standard of information representation in the World Wide Web — HTML5 suffices.

Similar approach provided to customers of a medical information system AKSi-clinic the following advantages: installation of the special software is not required that completely excludes the corresponding costs of time and forces of IT specialists of the customer; the medical information system is ready to work on any computers (including "thin" clients and tablets); the staff of the treatment and prevention facility (TPF) can master possibilities of MIS at once, using the simple and clear interface of AKSi-clinic.

Despite ease of installation and use of the web version, extensive functionality of a medical information system AKSi-clinic not only it is saved, but also gained further development. Key problems of automation of work of clinic, a hospital, sanatorium and other types of health facilities are completely implemented. Even more effective integration of record of patients on acceptance (Internet registry) with information on activity of the doctors servicing them and the services rendered to patients is provided (including paid). Also there was a possibility of fast creation by users of a medical information system of reports necessary for them and printed forms that significantly accelerates and facilitates maintaining medical statistics. The whole block of new features is connected with further automation of the key areas of work of health facilities. The medical information system gave additional opportunities to the staff of oncological divisions (regarding diagnosing of a disease and the subsequent treatment, including at purpose of chemotherapy). The integration component is expanded: for example, the list of the patients directed to hospitalization by doctors of clinic forms on the basis of information which is already available in out-patient electronic medical records of patients.
