AKSi-registry

The medical information system AKSi-registry provides automatic broadcast and updating of the schedule of acceptance of doctors on the website of the treatment and prevention facility (TPF). In the type, most convenient for the visitor, the website acquaints it with the schedule of work of doctors — on specialties, surnames, territories and maintenance entities, allows to select and record convenient date and time of acceptance, and if necessary — to change them. The staff of health facilities can quickly process and sort the records made by users of on-line registry and quickly inform them if for any reasons the doctor transferred receptive period.

The medical information system AKSi-registry is delivered in two options: universal and specialized. In the first of them everyone can perform making an appointment (including patients); in the second — record is performed by the staff of the profile organizations: other medical institutions (for example, at the direction of the patient on acceptance from the area in regional hospital), insurance companies, call centers, social security authorities.

Thus, MIS AKSi-registry implements the following functions:

• as much as possible simplifies and completely automates write processes of patients on acceptance to doctors;
• saves patients from queues and provides them comfortable conditions when choosing day and receptive period;
• exempts personnel of health facilities, insurance companies, bodies of a social security from routine and labor-consuming operations on record of patients on acceptance;
• significantly expands capacity of registry of health facilities and call centers;
• provides rational distribution of time and labor costs of doctors and medical personnel;
• increases efficiency of loading of medical offices and the equipment.

2013. New version of MIS

The AKSIMED company announced on August 8, 2013 a release of the new version of a medical information system "AKSi-registry".
