APCS of SCADA NPT Expert

Since July 31, 2010 the NPT Expert APCS software and hardware complex has the positive conclusion of JSC FGC UES that confirms its compliance to all technical requirements of JSC FGC UES.

PTK NPT Expert of production of Energopromavtomatization LLC is recommended for creation of the TP/SSPI ACS complexes of substations of ENES. SCADA NPT Expert which is the main link of PTK is the domestic development, only in the market of FGC UES, having many positive reviews from Customers.

The certified complex differs in a big variety of the integrated microprocessor devices (RZA, PA, etc.) both domestic, and foreign production. It provides a possibility of application of PTK practical on all power facilities, both new, and the available MT of devices which are reconstructed with any set. System new products, for example, work of a complex on new IEC 61850 standard were shown to certifying commission of JSC FGC UES. Also, the complex perfectly proved to be in the storm mode.

Certification of PTK NPT Expert opens new opportunities of Energoproavtomatization LLC for implementation of an APCS and also proves that domestic developments already reached the level of the western competitors, and can be appreciated by the network companies and services of ekspluatation of power facilities.

SCADA NPT Expert Plus

One of priority activities of our company is development of the software and technical means providing a possibility of creation of a uniform line of the equipment for objects, both trunk, and distribution networks that it is relevant in connection with consolidation of two network structures – JSC FGC UES and JSC IDGC Holding.

One of the new products developed for the solution of this task is already known and received many positive reviews from Customers, the software package SCADA NPT Expert, but this time used for network management of power facilities of classes of voltage from 0.4 to 35 kV within the uniform dispatching center of the distribution zone - SCADA NPT Expert Plus. The possibility of consolidation with management systems of the large feeding nodes of classes of tension from 110 kV was provided in this configuration of the software product. SCADA NPT Expert Plus provides observation and management from the dispatching center of the distribution zone by network of the power facilities working in the mode without permanent service staff. In this development with the uniform intuitive, completely Russified interface the possibility of expansion of network of management due to inclusion in it of new objects is also provided now.

The SCADA NPT Expert expansion for DTs of the distribution zone has creation modularity, with a possibility of expansion and scaling of a system. In it all existing exchange protocols are implemented: An IEC 61850 - for the organization of the station bus and the bus of process, an IEC 60870-5-104, an IEC 60870-5-101, ICCP - for communication with top levels of management (an IEC 60870-5-104, IECs 60870-5-101 also serve for communication with the TM systems of third-party producers), MODBUS, SPAbus, an IEC 60870-5-103, an IEC 61107 - for integration of MT of devices, OPC, ODBC, DCOM - for data exchange with the adjacent systems at the top level.

In 2012 a series of multifunction NPT controllers, was developed for objects of backbone and distribution networks. The line of universal devices is provided:

  • the controller of accession of NPT BAY which is used to creation decentralized by an APCS and SSPI for trunk substations as a collecting device, processings of analog and discrete information on a status of an object and control of the communication equipment and also the controller of accession of NPT BAY (9.2) developed for implementation during creation of Digital substation;
  • the NPT RTU controller which serves for creation of centralized systems of an APCS and SSPI: collecting of analog and discrete signals, issue of control instructions and implementation of function of operational blocking of disconnectors for substations a class voltage of 110 kV and below;
  • the NPT microRTU controller developed for implementation during creation of Digital substation and also for collection of information and management of a power equipment, the controller can be located in close proximity to switching devices;
  • the controller with the built-in payment of the NPT MU multiplexer intended for collecting of signals from traditional potential-current transformers and data transmission of measurement in a digital form under IEC protocol 61850-9-2LE (Sampled Values).

Thus, based on these devices there was an opportunity to create automation systems of different level of complexity with use of exclusively domestic developments for the different industries of power and the industry taking into account geographic location, classes of tension and other features of an object.
