2020: Removal from sales

At the initiative of the developer partner "ASBK software" made the decision to remove from sales since 11/1/2020 the program "1C: Management of veterinary certificates. Integration with a FSIS Mercury".

As you know, in 2018 1C Company made the decision to implement data exchange mechanisms with a FSIS "Mercury" in some standard configurations. At the same time users have opportunity to perform interaction with a FSIS Mercury directly, via the integration gateway of VETIS. API. As a result of these changes demand for use of the separate specialized solution significantly decreased. At the same time many users have relevant standard and industry solutions with support of data exchange with a FSIS Mercury now.

Sales of products, containing a configuration "Management of veterinary certificates. Integration with a FSIS Mercury", after 11/1/2020 will be possible only for users who already purchased earlier this configuration, but the current option of their use, according to the license policy of 1C Company, requires additional acquisition of the main deliveries or client licenses. Requests for sale will be approved in an individual order on demand.

Support of the solution "1C: Management of veterinary certificates. Integration with a FSIS Mercury" will be performed till 6/30/2021. Development of functionality of the software product is not planned. From 1:07 a.m. 2021 users will be able to continue to work in a configuration "Management of veterinary certificates. Integration with a FSIS Mercury", but already on independent support or forces of the servicing partner franchisee.

11/2/2020 it is going to publish configuration release "Management of veterinary certificates. Integration with a FSIS Mercury" with completely open code that will allow to make any changes to a configuration. At the same time the registered users of the software product will be able to receive free of charge release through the partner franchisee and on the website of 1C in the section of Internet user support.

Besides, for the registered users of a product "1C: Management of veterinary certificates. Integration with a FSIS Mercury" is possible upgrade on the standard circuit on the modern standard and industry solutions supporting data exchange with a FSIS Mercury.

From 7/11/2018 the name of the main deliveries of a configuration management of veterinary certificates is replaced about "Management of veterinary certificates" on ". Integration with a FSIS Mercury".

Users and partners who purchased the specified products earlier do not need carrying out any replacements, products are considered as identical.

Integration with a FSIS Mercury" is intended for process automation of an execution of veterinary accompanying documents (further VSD) in electronic form using a FSIS "Mercury" in VETIS.API 2 format in cases, stipulated by the legislation to the Russian Federation, in the approved formats and taking into account requirements of regulations.

Solution "1C: Management of veterinary certificates. Integration with a FSIS Mercury" provides storage, processing and selection of the acquired information. At the same time the solution can be used as completely independent configuration, and to work together with standard solutions of a system of the programs "1C:Enterprise 8", transferring necessary information to the accounting system of the user that allows to avoid manual duplication of information input, for example, at execution of Commodity-transport delivery notes (TORG-12 Form). Using the universal interchange format data of EnterpriseData, the version of the used format 1.5, implement data exchange according to the following scenario of work: initial input of documents is performed in "1C: Management of veterinary certificates. Integration with a FSIS Mercury", and then is unloaded in the accounting system.

Together with Development center the ASBK Software company in 2016 1C Company released the software product for process automation of an execution of veterinary accompanying documents in electronic form using a FSIS "Mercury" in cases, stipulated by the legislation by the Russian Federation, in the approved formats and taking into account requirements of regulations.

For September, 2106 configuration "ASBK software: Management of veterinary certificates" it is intended for data exchange with the Federal state Mercury system (a FSIS "Mercury") solving problems of electronic certification of persons under surveillance to a gosvetnadzor of loads and trackings of ways of their movement across the territory of the Russian Federation and also for obtaining veterinary accompanying documents in electronic form.

The solution allows: automate data exchange with a FSIS "Mercury" for obtaining veterinary accompanying documents; provide storage, processing and selection of the acquired information according to veterinary accompanying documents.
