The typified solution for the housing-and-municipal AT-ZhKH complexes is created based on the GLONASS/GPS system of monitoring and control of Avtotreker transport.

In the field of housing and public utilities monitoring and control of operation of the equipment allows the specialized companies performing garbage removal to increase the accuracy of observance of the diagram, to use the park of special motor transport and mechanisms more effectively, to use transport of optimal loading capacity, to control places of loading/unloading, to automatically detect containers according to the scheme "-others" and to register their weight and also to prevent the whole complex of the abuses connected with violation of technology discipline. Services housing and public utilities can use more reasonablly the park of automotive equipment, distribute it to the addresses of customers depending on the analysis of fillability of containers for different time frames. Besides, also all range of universal factors of cost reduction affects work of transport: consumption reduction of fuel and lubricants, prevention of fuel dump, idle times, additions and other abuses.

From the technical point of view, "AT-ZhKH" represents the hardware and software system integrating onboard Avtotreker blocks, fuel control sensors, the server software, dispatching software "AT-Nablyudatel", special logistic software (Planning of the New Economic Policy) which is responsible for planning of routes of technology transport. Besides, enter the module of integration of a monitoring system with the systems of the class ERP "AT-ZhKH" and also the different equipment installed on motor transport and containers. So, for recognitions of containers on a system "the – the stranger" and their identification is responsible the special device using technology of radio tags "AT-RFID". Two more devices - "AT-RDS" and "AT-RFbutton" – define the fact of operation of the manipulator, supporting wire and wireless connection to the onboard Avtotreker block. At last, the AT-VES device, provides measurement of weight of a container for determination of exact mass of the exported MSW and also registration of the fact of operation of the manipulator.

Also solution integration of "AT-ZhKH" with information systems of executive authorities and the Internet portals using which the administration and the population can control work of municipal services is provided. One such solution is already implemented in the Tver region.
