Hotel Guest Keeper represents the system created based on Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 and is intended for registration, scheduling and control of execution of requests of hotel guests, maintaining reports of duty and night managers, job analysis of service in numbers and Front Desk and also works of service Lost&Found.Target users of ATK Hotel Guest Keeper are the main services of hotel, such as Front Desk, engineering service, House Keeping, Room Service. Orders Console
Orders Console allows to register requests the client and also the problems revealed by employees. Each request or a problem are in details classified by type, the description, the required guest to a subject. Orders Console allows to control time of execution of a request, automatically marking the problems which are not solved during the determined time. Orders Console allows to send automatically notifications to heads about registration of vital issues.
Room Service Follow Up Calls
