AT Consulting: Autopayment

Autopayment - an information system for automatic payment for housing and communal services, taxes, the credits, telephone communication and an Internet access. It is created by request of Sberbank of Russia.

Description

In December, 2011 the customer set the task – to develop the new Avtoplatezh platform - with rich functionality, high reliability and performance for the AT Consulting command.

As a part of the first stage of the project - creation of the system supporting service of automatic payment of services of housing and public utilities (payment according to the uniform payment document, the electric power, gas, heating, protection of the apartment) on the outstanding amount or a fixed amount set by the client. In June, 2012 a system was brought into operation.

A system helps clients of Sberbank to control the maximum amount of write-offs, to refuse manual carrying out payment, to perform if desired write-off for the amount exceeding a limit, to learn about payment course of execution, to manage service using self-service devices, through the Sberbank Onl@yn system and also in Sberbank branches.

The Avtoplatezh system is integrated into the IT environment of Sberbank, with the Internet bank systems, mobile bank, a processing system, several core banking systems of Sberbank and payment systems. Technically a system can perform up to 500 thousand payments per hour.
