ATsK-Byudzhetny accounting

The product "ATsK-Byudzhetny Accounting" is intended for complex automation of accounting of the public (municipal) institutions within the region or municipality and the effective organization of budget process within the industry and cross-industry Centers of budget accounting (the centralized accounting). The solution is implemented according to requirements of Federal law N 83-FZ and the operating regulatory framework of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.

Features and program capabilities:

• Creation of a common information space on all assets and liabilities of a public legal entity;
• Management of economy and finance of organizations in the monitoring mode;
• Creation of completely electronic interaction between the organization, the founder and body performing cash budget implementation;
• Maintenance of uniform methodological accounting standards and the uniform normative reference information for all organizations of a public legal entity;
• Automatic formation of the authentic reporting – regulated and operational, its code and consolidation;
• Reducing costs of the organization of accounting of the public (municipal) institutions, content of the number of staff of accountants and also household expenses on ensuring their activity;
• Work of organizations of all types and industries in the single database of the region (municipality);
• The uniform normative reference information, complete electronic document management and the end-to-end electronic signature with the systems "ADC-Planning", "ADC-Finance", "ATsK-Goszakaz" (development of BFT LLC);
• The organization of interaction between system blocks on the basis of the interconnected chains of documents;
• Support of end-to-end accounting processes between participants of a budget system.

Addition "ATsK-Byudzhetny accounting" is not independent, it is necessary to have the set standard configuration for its work "Accounting department of public institution", edition 2.0 based on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform of the version 8.3.10.2252 is not lower.

The software product is protected and contains the code fragments which are not subject to change by the user, has protection against unauthorized use. For ensuring customization of a product under requirements of end users special templates of the XSLT conversion are provided.

The product is developed using functionality of 1C:Subsystems Library.
