AVA ERP Enterprise is an option of AVA ERP which is expected the companies, with the number of users higher than thirty. 20 user jobs are already included in the basic delivery. The maximum number of users is limited only to the capacity of your server. We have projects based on AVA ERP Enterprise, with the number of at the same time working users higher than 200.

A system is delivered not only with ready business processes on supply management, projects, agreements, etc., but also with the ready financial statements presented in a report type about profits and losses, the cash flow statement and balance of the company. The cost management system will allow not only to understand the costs, but also to provide process of their passing, approval and budgeting. History of development of a system

Since 4/1/2010 the AVA Systems Company will deliver the ERP system of AVA open on a free basis. The free configuration will be expected five jobs, with a possibility of expansion to ten. Installation of a system will be performed by specialists of the company on a free basis. The product will be delivered both on servers of customers, and on ready servers running Linux, and in the second case also Oracle DBMS will be delivered free of charge.

A system is delivered with completely configured business processes, structure of the user roles and even with ready financial statements. Thus, the customer does not need to make huge efforts for start of a system. Special formats and interfaces are developed for loading in the system of initial data. Further, on a regular basis, specialists of the company will hold seminars on implementation of AVA open.

In March, 2010 the company announced release of a new configuration of the solutions AVA ERP within which there were large-scale changes in functionality "Changes concerned almost all parts of a system, beginning from the interface and finishing with project management. Besides, we integrated our applications with external mail servers and web applications" - the sales director Alexander Popov says.

The new system interface is developed together with design bureau Umbrella from St. Petersburg. We worked on the new interface about half a year, there was a wish to make it more convenient and modern. Now the new interface is already set at all clients and we understood that we were not mistaken as in general clients are happy. For heads of the top and average management we made an opportunity to bring any quantity of financial performance to a desktop and to reflect them in dynamics for the last year.

Besides, quantitative indices of activity of the enterprise also are integrated into the system of indicators. In a project management system we automated the chart Ganta with a possibility of its unloading in Excel. Now our clients can control in a graphic type execution of works on the project. The chart can be built both on the project, and on division, the employee and on the company in general.

Changes within project management concerned also a financial part. Now our clients have an opportunity to receive by the project not only separate financial performance, but completely reports. For example, the customer can receive all profit and loss statement by the project. Also in the last AVA ERP configuration it is possible and to plan project indicators, and to do it directly in those financial statements which the client uses for monitoring of the project. Thus, both planned and actual values are in one place that is very convenient. Planned and actual values of financial performance are reflected also in a graphic type. For integration of our solutions with online stores we developed universal JAVA the application which allows us to be integrated with any online store, regardless of on what platform it is implemented. This circumstance significantly reduces costs for integration.

The new system of technical support of clients is brought into commercial operation. Now all on-line of clients is corresponded with our specialists directly in the program, and this process became completely transparent for all parties. A system is integrated with Open Office. Until recently our users could unload any information from AVA ERP in Excel. As Open Office gains steam, we were integrated also with this product. Well and the last. Now all news of our products are available not only in text form, but also as the video presentations available in the section of "News of versions".
