2020: Integration into Smart IDReader

On April 15, 2020 Ablera entered the market with the offer of the universal trained Serdica Suite platform – the advanced AI solution for business digitalization. Developed with deep understanding of business processes of insurance and future requirements to IT, using modern technologies and powerful algorithms of machine learning, Serdica Suite automates all aspects of communication by clients by means of an intellectual virtual assistant (the smart chat-bot BETH).

According to the company, development Russian accounting of Smart Engines for recognition of documents on the basis of artificial intelligence will allow to automate completely process of input of user data in interaction with the platform. At the initial stage of cooperation the possibility of recognition and automatic data entry from national ID cards, passports, documents of vehicles and car driver licenses and also identification of signs of counterfeit is integrated into the platform. Recognition of the document is made almost instantly, the put algorithms allow to locate the document in front of the smartphone camera user-friendly without preliminary "aiming" and under natural conditions lighting. The artificial intelligence independently defines slope angle and perspective, finds the document on the image and takes necessary fields. Recognition is made on the end device of the user that does not provide transfer of the unprotected user data on remote servers or in a cloud.

During the work with insurance companies, banks and medical structures how processing of sensitive user data is adjusted is of particular importance. Our solution allows to make document handling independently that minimizes risks of date leak. The high level of safety of process of recognition provides compliance to strict requirements which are imposed to the software by the general regulations of personal data protection (GDPR) of the European Union.

In plans of Ablera to further develop cooperation with Smart Engines company for an output of the product to the European market. In particular expansion of opportunities of a virtual assistant for automatic recognition of hand-written protocols on the road accidents and assessment of damage at road accident on the basis of intellectual computerized analysis of photos of the damaged vehicle is planned.
