The Accenture company started in the spring of 2013 a cloud platform of Accenture Cloud Platform. More and more clients pass to digital processes therefore the platform will be used for the provision of services and solutions helping the companies to implement and manage hybrid cloud environments. The last contain platforms of different developers and act as the irreplaceable tool for increase in business flexibility and support of advanced technologies.

By 2015 within a strategic initiative of Accenture invests more than 400 million dollars in cloud computing, new opportunities and personnel training. The company will concentrate the efforts on providing optimal enrollment of the cloud services offered by her suppliers and also on integration of own industry solutions with products of other developers.

According to the report of Accenture Technology Vision 2013, digital technologies became a strategic priorities and the instrument of competitive struggle of modern business. Cloud infrastructures help new technologies of mobile communication, social interaction and processing of Big Data to change our world, and at the same time more and more companies pass to digital processes. The cloud platform of Accenture represents the safe and scalable cloud system of integration of a corporate class capable to help the enterprises with the solution of the major tasks. It allows to operate and control the cloud services provided to clients and to manage these services regardless of the one who is their supplier — Accenture or a third party, for example Microsoft or SAP.

Part of investments of Accenture was directed to deployment of an expanded set of services on a cloud platform of Accenture Cloud Platform, including open and virtual private cloud infrastructures and also cloud solutions for data output from operation, testing of program systems and the analysis of Big Data.

Accenture already implemented more than 4000 cloud projects for various clients, including more than a half of the companies of the rating of Fortune Global 100, and trained more than 6700 specialists in a cloud. The leading independent expert organizations and partners in software development regularly speak of Accenture as about industry leader.

According to IDC company, total market of cloud services will grow from about 40 billion dollars in 2012 to 98 billion dollars in 2016. This digit consists of forecasts for growth of services in providing the software to 37 billion dollars (SaaS), to growth of infrastructure services to 30 billion dollars (IaaS), to development of services of infrastructure software to 20 billion dollars and to growth of services in providing the platform (PaaS) to 10 billion dollars by 2016.
