Accenture March 19, 2021 announced the launch on the Russian market of an automation solution for HR services - a boxed version of the SAP SuccessFactors system (SAP SF). The solution is a localization of the Accenture MyConcerto global product. It was created on the basis of the experience of numerous SAP SF implementations for large international companies.

The boxed solution includes system modules for Performance & Goals, Personnel Development and Succession Management, and a Recruitment solution.

In addition to the pre-built system, the box solution includes complete documentation, from a description of typical processes and templates for collecting requirements to test scenarios and user instructions. Accenture also uses its own proven methodology to implement cloud solutions. This comprehensive approach allows you to automate the work of HR services in the company in the shortest possible time.

In terms of personnel selection, the solution allows you to maintain a single base of candidates and plan interviews with them, create funnels for specific vacancies, coordinate applications for selection and make job offers, as well as communicate in different channels. Managers have the ability to track job status and gain quick access to analytics and reporting.
