Start of sales of P1150 and P1250 models
On April 3, 2018 the Acer company announced start of sales of two projectors of initial level optimized for work at offices, P1150 and P1250.
According to information provided by Acer company in projectors of P1150 and P1250 image quality a large number of functions and low cost are combined with high rates of brightness, sufficient for office and home use. P1150 model projects the image in permission of SVGA (800 x 600), and P1250 received a matrix of XGA (1024 x 768). Both options are optimal for demonstration of the presentations or watching video.

Beginning of sales of a projector of P8800
On March 22, 2018 the Acer company provided a powerful projector of Acer P8800 with the high level of contrast and brightness.
According to Acer company, P8800 model is intended for work in spacious premises, including lecture halls, meeting rooms, halls of meetings and public spaces. The powerful lamp with a brightness of 5,000 lm (ANSI), contrast to 1200000:1 and support of permission 4K UHD (3840 x 2160 pixels) provide the sharp and detailed image. Installation of a projector is possible in any provision in premises practically of any form as the device supports 1.96-fold increase, horizontal/vertical correction of the image and is equipped with the motorized mechanism of a zoom and focusing. Support of network solutions of Crestron allows to manage work of a projector remotely on LAN network, using the convenient web interface.
P8800 model supports HDR technologies for preserving of the maximum detailing of the image and AcuMotion for smooth display of the movement and also standards of Rec. 709, Rec. 2020 and sRGB for a natural color rendition. The mode of simulation of the DICOM standard allows to achieve a high image quality even during the work with x-rays and results of a computer tomography, noted in Acer.
For connection of external video sources the projector is equipped with two ports HDMI, HDMI 2.0 port, VGA and Display Port connectors. The term of life of a lamp is 2,000 hours (3,000 hours in the ECO mode).
