X1328Wi

According to the company, Acer projectors with a ceiling mount automatically recognize the placement and flip the projection, so users don't even have to tinker with the settings. Wires when connected will also require a minimum: both models - X1328Wi and H5386BDi - support wireless protocols. However, Acer projectors also have a full set of ports, which adds even more use cases. The devices work with computers, game consoles, TV tuners and even smartphones.

Both models are capable of projecting an image with a diagonal of up to 7.62 meters. At the same time, users do not have to pull the curtains and turn off the light: the brightness of 4,500 lumens and a contrast ratio of 20,000: 1 is enough to broadcast the optimal image even during the day and in large rooms. Both projectors use Acer LumiSense's proprietary dynamic image correction technology, which analyzes content frame-by-frame and selects display settings depending on which picture is projected. In practice, this means that the user will see all the details in both the lightest and darkest areas of the screen, without lights and dips.

However, LumiSense is not the only image correction technology used in X1328Wi and H5386BDi projectors. Another useful option is BlueLightShield, which cuts off blue light spectrum radiation harmful to the eyes.

Acer X1328Wi is available in the KNS online store for 44,884 rubles, and H5386BDi in the same place according to the RRC 44,155 rubles.

2021

X1 business projectors (X1128H, X1226AH, X1228H, X1228i, X1527H, X1529HP, X1629HP)

On September 8, 2021, Acer announced that it was introducing a line of projectors for business and small/home office to the Russian market. All seven X1 models (X1128H, X1226AH, X1228H, X1228i, X1527H, X1529HP, X1629HP) are distinguished by high brightness and contrast, as well as large lamp life and minimal noise.

Design and readiness for operation

Acer X1 projectors focus on reliability and durability. All devices are made in a classic form factor, differ in relatively small weight (from 2.6 kg for X1529HP and X1629HP to 2.9 kg for X1527H) and compact dimensions. Thanks to this, they can be installed in the home office, on the marketplace or in a large exhibition center. To work in difficult conditions, projectors support the installation of a dust filter and a special "high-altitude" mode, which allows you to increase the cooling of the system when used at high altitudes, when ordinary devices can simply turn off.

Due to the low weight, the projectors support the ability to install on the ceiling with automatic image flip. To connect to image sources, standard D-sub, HDMI, RCA or wireless projection with Wireless Mirror technology is used, the dongle for which is purchased separately or included in the package (X1228i). Also, all models support remote control over the network using the RS232 port and USB ports (absent in the X1228i and X1527H models). For more comfortable field control, projectors come with a remote control, and in case of limited space, instead of external speakers, they can use their own built-in speakers with a power of 3 W or 10 W (X1629HP). At the same time, the noise level of the devices themselves does not exceed 36 dB in standard and 24 dB in eco-mode, that is, it is almost invisible even in small rooms.

The projectors are ready to work immediately after connecting to the signal source and support the functions of automatic disconnection, automatic signal detection and instant resumption of operation. Also, most of the models are capable of operating in 24/7 mode. Thanks to the closed design of the lamp and the presence of eco-modes, the life of the lamps in the line reaches indicators from 12,000 to 20,000 hours.

All Acer X1 business projectors support high projection resolution - from SVGA in X1128H to WUXVGA in X1629HP - and are capable of playing content in resolution up to WUXGA (1920 x 1200 pixels) and with a 4:3 or 16:9 aspect ratio. They are also distinguished by high brightness up to 4500 ANSI lumens. Due to the high brightness and contrast of 20,000: 1, the image remains clearly visible even in well-lit rooms or outdoors. All devices support 1.1x optical and 2x digital zoom for greater installation flexibility and are capable of projecting images up to almost 12 meters. The function or manual correction of trapezoidal distortions is responsible for maintaining the correct aspect ratio of the projection.

Projectors support Acer's suite of technologies. DynamicBlack technology significantly improves image contrast depending on the content being played, ColorBoost 3D, ColorSafe II and LumiSense allow you to maintain natural and rich color reproduction even after many hundreds of hours of use, and Wall-Color Compensation helps compensate for color changes if the image is projected not on a white, but on a colored surface. Also, all projectors support Acer's BluelightShield technology to protect viewers' vision from harmful radiation from the blue part of the light spectrum. And the X1527H model even received support for a special football mode, which provides visibility of all important events on the field by optimizing the color and brightness of the shape of football players, their faces and lawn.

According to the company, as of September 8, 2021, Acer X1128H, X1226AH, X1228H and X1527H projectors are already available in Russia. The Acer X1228i projector is expected on the Russian market in September, and the X1529HP and X1629HP models in November 2021.

On May 24, 2021, Acer announced the entry into the Russian market of a projector for home and office, Acer X1328WH.

The Acer X1328WH projector is made in a classic rectangular form factor. Thanks to its small dimensions (313 x 240 x 113.7 mm) and a weight of only 2.8 kg, it can be transferred from room to room if necessary and even taken with you to friends or to an on-site presentation.

2020: X118HP, X128HP и X138WHP

On March 19, 2020, Acer unveiled updated home and office projectors - X118HP, X128HP and X138WHP. The main difference between the updated version is the maximum brightness, which was increased to 4000 ANSI lumens for all three models.

According to the company, projectors are suitable for both home theaters and presentations during working hours, because the brightness of up to 4000 ANSI lumens and high contrast (up to 20,000: 1) provide excellent projection quality and complete legibility of text even in high artificial or natural light. Also, to improve image quality, the models use DynamicBlack and Acer LumiSense technologies, which allow you to frame-by-frame analyze the content displayed on the screen and automatically select the most suitable level of brightness and contrast.

At the same time, the X118HP model supports native SVGA resolution (800 x 600), X128HP - XGA (1024 x 768), and for X138WHP the "native" resolution is WXGA resolution (1280 x 800). The maximum resolution for all three projectors is WUXGA (1920 x 1200). Also, all three projectors support working with 3D content when connecting compatible devices.

Support for ColorBoost3D technology provides bright and rich shades when working with 2D and 3D content through the use of a 6-segment color wheel and fine-tuning the backlight level of the projector lamp, and ColorSafe II technology is responsible for preserving the naturalness of all colors and combating the "fading" of the picture. Over time, many projectors lose the naturalness of color reproduction, which shifts towards the yellow part of the spectrum. Acer projectors with support for this technology are immune to image yellowing due to dynamic adjustment of the RGB gamut, so even after many years of work, all shades on the projection will remain natural and bright.

Also, all three models support Acer BlueLightShield technology, which significantly reduces the amount of radiation in the blue part of the spectrum and protects users' vision from its negative impact. The main difference of this technology is that image correction is carried out as thinly as possible and does not lead to color distortion.

To reduce the number of cables required for projectors and speed up preparation for presentation or watching a movie, all three models support wireless image transfer using a special Acer dongle (purchased separately). Also, for maximum comfort of use, they are equipped with a built-in 3-watt speaker, functions for automatic image correction and automatic 180 ° rotation when installed on the ceiling.

Acer cares about the environment and is committed to helping its customers save resources, so these projector models support EcoProjection technologies. Thanks to the ExtremeECO function, they independently go into economy mode and turn off if they have not been connected to a video source for a long time. This reduces device power consumption by 70%. This function also helps to extend the life of lamps in dot projectors for 10,000 hours. At the same time, the models are distinguished by a low noise level during operation (up to 24 dB), which is especially noticeable in small rooms.

2019: Entry-level wireless projectors X1 (Acer X1125i, Acer X1225i, Acer X1325Wi and Acer X1525i)

On October 11, 2019, the company Acer unveiled a series projectors of entry-level X1 wireless products suitable for enterprise, educational, and home use.

According to the manufacturer, with a high brightness level of 3600 lumens, the Acer X1 projects a clean and bright image from a long distance even in daylight. The contrast ratio of this projector reaches 20,000: 1, and DynamicBlack technology dynamically adjusts the lamp power to optimize black levels. Acer LumiSense technology performs frame-by-frame analysis of content in real time and provides dynamic image adjustment to the optimal level, thanks to which dark scenes are displayed clearly and without loss of detail. And Acer ColorBoost3D technology prevents color darkening and distortion when viewing 3D- and 2D content by enhancing brightness.

As noted in Acer, the optimized 6-segment RGBCYW color wheel improves CYW semitones (blue, yellow and white) based on the standard RGB color space (red, green, blue), providing realistic and rich colors. The projector also supports 3D content, creating a stereoscopic image using HDMI 3D. To view such content, the user will need 3D glasses.

With a wireless adapter, the Acer X1 transmits images from smartphones, laptops or PCs without using a cable. Miracast technology provides fast and smooth screen mirroring without installing additional applications and supports Windows 10, Android and iOS. Content can be downloaded from a USB drive, so showing presentations will not cause any difficulties. The built-in 2W speaker provides powerful sound, eliminating the need for the user to connect external speakers, Acer claims.

According to the manufacturer, the X1 series is compatible Crestron with the Network System -, centralized management system thanks to which business presentations can be held at a professional level. A convenient web utility for Crestron Flash Utility PC allows you to control the projector over a local network, and the multi-user Crestron RoomView program provides monitoring, control and reporting throughout the object using a dialog box and an alert system for. e-mail With Crestron Network System compatibility, you can schedule remote on/off. As of October 2019, the Acer X1 series, which includes eight model options, is already available in Russian retail at a price of 30,990 rubles. The series includes the Acer X1125i, Acer X1225i, Acer X1325Wi and Acer X1525i models.
