ActiveCloud by Softline: Backup for Office365, Exchange and Sharepoint

ActiveCloud service, backup for Exchange and Office365, allows to configure flexibly politicians of storage, to pointwise recover necessary objects from applications and thus to avoid risks of loss or removal of data.

2019: Start of service of backup for Exchange and Office365

On September 11, 2019 it became known that the cloud provider of ActiveCloud complemented security product portfolio with the next service: backup of all client data which are stored in Office365 and also in own on-premises installations of Exchange and Sharepoint.

As practice showed, the built-in mechanisms of data protection in Office365 do not consider all needs of the Russian clients for which preserving of access to corporate information in any force majeur situation is critical.

For example when you delete accounts of the dismissed employees, in Office365 their mail and documents soon are removed, and often more than a half of important information of the company is stored exactly there. Also in service by default there is no opportunity to download backup copies to themselves or to save the deleted data in archive,

The service of the automated backup in a cloud managed to be implemented thanks to synergy of the infrastructure of data storage of ActiveCloud and a product of Veeam company, one of world leaders checked by time in the field of solutions for data protection. Backuping of mail, these corporate portals and also the documents placed in OneDrive is available.

Besides using service the problem of compliance to the legislation of the Russian Federation as data will be located in DPC of the TIER III level in the territory of the Russian Federation is solved.

Archives depending on requirements can be stored without restrictions on terms – in a week, month or even year. At the same time to recover data perhaps at any time via the convenient web portal, including recovery on your servers in a cloud of ActiveCloud or in the server.
