Integration with CallTouch
On November 20, 2014 Artics Internet Solutions announced integration of own analysis system and management of the advertizing campaigns of AdTrack with CallTouch, service of tracking of calls.
Integration of two tools will allow the advertisers using the AdTrack system for management of Internet advertizing to keep track of efficiency of advertizing campaigns not only through actions on the website, but also to consider the conversion made by phone. Tracking of calls to AdTrack was well, but required data transmission from the client's CRM system in a management system for advertizing campaigns. Setup of data transmission required extra works on client side and could borrow from several days to several weeks.
Existence in CallTouch of the developed API for data transmission levels a problem – information on number, duration and other parameters of calls is transferred automatically.
In AdTrack the possibility of tracking of conversion in calls up to a key word is provided, and connection of data on calls takes less than an hour. At the same time no actions from the advertiser are required.
The functionality, according to developers, will be most demanded among advertisers in the field of the real estate, at car dealers, medicine and other types of business with the difficult products requiring consultation – in such cases the most part of conversion are the share of calls.
