Adobe Connect 9

The version of Adobe Connect 9 is not only single solution for holding webinars, but also the mass of innovations in the field of joint work and training using mobile devices. Adobe Connect 9 for the organization of webinars will help marketing specialists to reduce the aggregate value of holding a web conference and to depend to a lesser extent on IT service. Thanks to Adobe Connect it is possible to create the logon pages saturated with content, branded on webinars and also to optimize promotion of a web action using analytical opportunities of the solution. The product uses a content management system of Adobe CQ and service of Internet analytics Adobe SiteCatalyst. Thanks to this Adobe Connect 9 allows to design the small websites devoted to an event, to create e-mails for participants, to hold interactive events for audience numbering up to 1500 people and also to measure efficiency of campaigns and performances.

Using the new version of the product Adobe Connect Mobile 2.0 the solution Adobe Connect 9 will also allow the companies to lift mobility of the organization to qualitatively new level: the solution includes possibilities of joint work for users with tablets and smartphones. Users of devices based on the Apple iOS and Android and also BlackBerry PlayBook tablets will be able to organize a conference now or to take part in it as easily, as when using the computer.

Besides, the functionality of Adobe Connect 9 for Internet training (eLearning) will include enhanced capabilities for training using mobile devices. So, using the new version of the solution the instructor can provide training directly using the mobile device, and pupils — to participate in a seminar from tablets or smartphones. The latest version supports content of HTML5 including created using applications of a packet of Adobe Creative Suite. Besides, content of SCORM 1.2 and 2004 which is widely used for web training is supported.

The main opportunities of a new solution of Adobe Connect 9 include:

  • The configured landing pages and directories. A set of templates allows to create quickly landing pages (landing pages), sections with information on speakers, the logon page and login. Templates can be edited and added easily to them the most different content – including images, tables, diagrams and charts.
  • Content for letters based on templates and triggers. The standard or configured templates will help to create quickly the letter for mailing to participants at the event using drag-and-drop technology. For certain groups of registration triggers for e-mails can be used at the appointed time.
  • Involvement panel. Involvement of users in an action can be monitored in real time now. The color scale will help organizers of the event to estimate efficiency of communications. Important information can be traced to improve future actions.
  • Online analytics. Organizers of the event can analyze the involvement of users and define the most interesting elements and subjects of an event. Dynamic opportunities of the analysis allow to obtain in real time data on efficiency of both individual marketing initiatives, and the whole programs.
  • Expanded support of mobile devices for meetings and trainings. Organizers of the event can enjoy mobility and speak at actions using portable devices. Adobe Connect 8

Corporate solution for holding web conferences, Internet meetings, online trainings and webinars. Created based on the Adobe Flash Player player, the solution provides to the enterprises and public institutions of an opportunity for content delivery of different complexity on different devices.

The new Adobe Connect 8 key features include the simplified interface that increases the convenience and ease of use, new, more flexible opportunities for joint work allowing to communicate even more freely in a different format and also the improved integration into the audio-and video subsystem that provides even more saturated experience during the work with a multimedia content. Besides, Adobe Connect 8 includes a development environment (SDK) that does the solution to even more flexible in work; the new optional client software for desktop computers based on Adobe AIR® simplifying the organization of Internet meetings and also support of numerous mobile devices for increase in productivity.

New features and advantages

  • More intuitive user interface simplifying access to systems capabilities for organizers, speakers and participants of web conferences and, in particular, allowing speakers to change with ease parameters and setup (meeting room layout) in real time.
