2026: Time Platform Launch
The Aeroclub company on February 26, 2026 announced the launch of the updated TIME platform. The release captures the transition to a B2C service model: the introduction of its own AI solutions allows you to completely rethink the user experience, reducing the time to organize a trip by 20 minutes (17%). As of February 2026, the TIME platform is used by more than 322 thousand employees of large Russian client corporations of Aeroclub.
The updated TIME platform takes on the role of an intelligent assistant. The system analyzes dozens of parameters in real time: travel history, personal preferences of the employee, current travel policy limits and availability of places.
Instead of a redundant list of options, the user sees TOP-3 relevant offers on the initial screen: the optimal combination of flight and fare, train and class of service, hotel and room type. This allows you to make decisions instantly without sacrificing comfort. The accuracy of the algorithms is confirmed by numbers: 80% of users choose air tickets and 88% - railway tickets from the TOP-3 proposed by the system. Thus, in individual companies, where the previous stage of selecting services took an average of 35 minutes, time savings reached 15 minutes (-43%) due to the intelligent TIME recommendation system.
The TIME platform makes it easier to work with trips, allowing you not only to book services, but to manage the full cycle of organizing the process in one-stop shop mode. Users can edit data directly during the order confirmation process without returning to the previous steps. All operations, including exchange, return and adjustment of parameters, are available online in a single "basket," which makes change management transparent and operational.
As of February 2026, 65% of operations in TIME take place without the participation of an agent - this is the cumulative effect of automation, digitalization, robotization and the introduction of their own AI models. According to the company, the cumulative effect of process automation can provide up to 30% savings in indirect costs associated with the payroll and employee involvement.
