Atom - the interactive platform for the analysis of armoring.

On September 29, 2016 the Aeroclub IT company provided the interactive Atom platform which allows to analyze armoring, gives a cut on the industry and the market, reveals economy potential.

The product is developed for providing access to data array about trips of staff of the companies. ATOM contains data on hotel booking, an avia - and railway tickets for the last 10 years - more than 7.5 million transactions. Data are stored locally, ensuring safety and corresponding to regulatory legal acts.


One of basic functions of ATOM – a reporting preparation which templates and parameters can change.

Implementation of automation in process of providing the reporting and analysis of a travel expenses of clients became one more step on the way to Travel 3.0. This standard of service which only appears in Russia allows to consider requirements and features of each client, reducing time both from the customer, and from the agency. Due to automation our agency already brought the number of the transactions made by a separate travel manager to 900 in a month that according to us is significantly higher than market indicators. Further implementation of technologies will allow to increase efficiency and to bring this digit to 1100 transactions a month.

ATOM allows to analyze own data on business trips of staff of the company, to compare the expenses concerning other industry members or the market in general. Industry and market cuts are available on indicators of the average check, volume of armorings for the period, the most popular directions, etc.

One more function of ATOM - is most demanded during crisis - an opportunity to calculate potential economy depending on options of values of several variables. Clients can model strategy for the principle "that if?", checking different hypotheses and finding optimal methods of cost reduction.

The ATOM platform is capable to calculate as far as the budget will change if the client selects a certain depth of armoring, the class of flight and accommodation or will set other than flowing limits on the cost of living in a night. At the same time, predicting change of expenditure, the platform relies on the client's profile – where the staff of the company flies most often what airline in what class of service and also considers other subtleties of a travel policy, automatically eliminating options, irrelevant for the customer. For example, for the staff of the IT companies which are often flying to Astana, Atom suggests to armor tickets in an interval from 8 to 13 days to a departure – quite so it will be possible to reach economy in 20% in comparison with purchase during any other period.
