Agathe-Tixen - a control system of work of express speaker circuits of the company.
On August 17, 2016 the company Agate announced RT the beginning of sales of a settlement system and the expense accounting of the companies on communication services of Agathe-Tiksen.
The data obtained using the program can be used for job analysis of telephone lines of the organization, load of telephone exchange, optimization of the IP PBX configuration of Agathe UX.
Tools of ASR "Agathe-Tiksen" give the chance to obtain information on all calls made via the IP PBX for the set period:
- quantity entering,
- outgoing,
- readdressed,
- voice and facsimile messages,
- lost calls.
