Akelon: Autoqualifiers of archive of documents

The Akelon company, the general partner of Directum, announced in April, 2016 release of the solution "Avtoklassifikatora of archive of documents". The solution is designed to increase convenience of work of users due to increase in functionality and reduction of the administering tasks during the work with big archives of documents.

The large volume of custom actions is necessary for maintenance of the structured archive of documents in the organization: from building and maintenance of a tree of folders in current status before issue of the rights to folders and placements in them of links to documents. Additional actions during the work with a system take away time from employees which can be spent for tasks, more important for business.

For simplification of work of users with big archives in the DIRECTUM system by the Akelon company developed the solution "Avtoklassifikatora of archive of documents". It allows to configure the qualifier for any kinds of documents and to organize convenient, fast and functional data archives in the company.

The solution includes opportunities for structuring big archives, automatic creation of hierarchy of groups, sorting and filtering of documents, setup of qualifiers for different folders by default. At the expense of it:

• users spend less time for search of the necessary documents;

Technical solution allows:

• structure big archive that users could find the necessary document quickly;
