Investor relationship management - the solution is intended for control automation by investor relations.
On August 14, 2014 the Akelon company announced a business solution exit "to Akelon: Investor relationship management" on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform. This solution optimizes processes of management of information on investors, the organizations of mailings, planning of actions and meetings, monitoring and control.
Possibilities of the solution allow to simplify significantly maintaining reference books of physical persons and legal entities, planning and accounting of actions and meetings and also performing mailings by e-mail. The solution has the flexible tools for analytics allowing to provide all necessary information on investor interactions in a convenient type.

Work with the solution
Investor information management The following information is visually provided in a card of the organization: general information about the organizations, contacts, the history of investments and meetings with investors, structure of the organization and also documents, actions, related to the investor, and records. From a card the list of the connected actions and meetings is available.
A system fixes and saves all investor interactions. For example, electronic correspondence through Microsoft Outlook automatically gets involved in an unpleasant incident of interactions.
The solution allows to arrange constantly arriving information on representatives of the company of the investor, including: personal and contact information, history of meetings and also connected records and actions. Besides, using the solution it is possible to trace the history of change of work locations of the contact person.
The solution supports a possibility of setup of different communications: the company company, family relations, holding structures and also to consider the persons having significant effect on decision making.
Automation of mailings by e-mail
The solution provides all necessary functionality for the organization of fast mailings for e-mail. For mailing can be used as the static lists created once and which are not changing further and dynamic which structure is updated automatically by the set criteria.
For personification of the message the different templates of e-mail allowing to substitute data of contact or the organization and also to attach any investments to the letter in the letter can be used.
The solution allows to work with one or several e-mail addresses, accepting and sending messages automatically. The accepted messages are processed depending on the configured logic, for example, get to uniform queue of processing or are transferred to work responsible for the organization or an action.
Planning and accounting of actions and meetings with investors
The solution allows to save detailed information on each action, including: general information, information on organizers and contacts and also history of meetings with investors and responses about an action.
Within planning and preparation of actions systems capabilities for setting and control of tasks, formation of lists and the organization of mailings are used. All responses are fixed, on their basis it is possible to plan meetings with investors.
In a card of a meeting with investors general information about a meeting, the list of participants and also responses is fixed, both from the company, and from the investor. If necessary different documents can be connected with a meeting.
Statistics and analytics
For the analysis of results of investor interaction reports on meetings and actions and also the reports allowing to make the rating of investors, to estimate and keep track of dynamics of change of number of actions are used.
