The companies "AlphaInsurance" and "Rostelecom" started on December 9, 2020 sales insurance of the product "Protection of the Screen" for owners smartphones.

At damage of the display the client does not need to look for the service center for repair of the gadget. Within service "from a door to a door" which is included into the insurance program the courier will independently take away the device and will return the repaired smartphone to convenient time and the place.

The program is available in two options. The first covers risks of damage of the display of the device from water ingress or as a result of the sudden termination of working capacity, including, because of short circuit. The second option in addition protects from mechanical damages when falling the gadget from height, accidental blow by heavy objects and even breakdown during road accident.

The insurance can be paid for a year or to subscribe with monthly write-offs. The insured sum on which it is possible to perform replacement of the display makes up to 30 thousand rubles.

"It is difficult to find the person who would not use the smartphone in the modern world. Gadgets do our life comfortable and convenient. But damage or breakdown of such devices can lead to additional, quite serious expenses. Existence of the insurance policy will allow to protect the family budget from unplanned expenditure" — the project director of office of perspective digital products of a mass segment of Rostelecom Irina Kozlovskaya noted.

Damages of screens — the most widespread problem which owners of smartphones face and often repair is unfairly expensive. Insurance protection will allow to compensate these expenses and that is especially relevant, to repair the device, even without coming out the house: the courier will independently take away phone and will bring it to the service center, and then will bring back" — the project manager of management on work with network partners AlphaInsurance Elena Kalmykova told.
