Transition to conducting paperless document flow and implementation in the companies of the special electronic document management systems (EDMS) – not a rarity. Many came to a conclusion that it is possible just to wallow in heap of papers and whether it is necessary to spend in general time for complex work with documents. Respectively, there is a question: how to select software for conducting document flow what it should be? What is the brand or effect more important?

The variety of EDMS, presented at the market, strikes. Paid and free programs, "boxes" and custom developments – what is only not present! Most difficult in this case to the expected user of the program to whom it is necessary:

Therefore, a variety is so high what, at first sight, to speak about distinctive features of one, specifically taken program for conducting document flow in construction – a waste of time. But we will begin one after another that the further narration was more clear and obvious. Let's describe a standard situation which is under construction according to the following scenario. The construction organization buys a certain workflow system (not very well what), successfully implements it and starts in work. In view of such situation data are entered into the workflow system irregularly, as leads to loss of relevance of information in it. Outdated data help with work a little, and new nobody fixes.
