The Angstrem company provided on April 25, 2018 family of the radiation resistant wideband precision operational amplifiers (OA) of series 1494 which are development continuation to operational 140UD amplifiers. Works are performed within the import substitution program and updating of a product number of the semiconductor products released by JSC Angstrem.
Operational amplifiers of series 1494 are intended for application in the equipment with the low level of noise, the high-speed systems of collecting and data processing and also broadband measuring systems.
A series of chips 1494 on functionality is more modern radiation resistant analog of operational 140UD amplifiers which are issued since the beginning of the 70th years of the last century. By estimates of specialists, OU the most often found element in analog circuit engineering. It is caused by the fact that OU is the universal block with the characteristics close to ideal on the basis of which it is possible to construct a set of different electronic nodes of industrial and special automatic equipment, explained in Angstrem.
Operating range of temperatures of the provided operational amplifiers from-60 to +125 Celsius degrees. Such characteristics allow to use them in the equipment working in the most difficult conditions. By the parameters and functionality the high-resistant operational amplifiers of series 1494 released by JSC Angstrem are analogs of OP07, OP27, OP37 (Analog Devices, the USA) and RH07, RH27, RH37 (Linear Technology, the USA) which deliveries to Russia are limited, noted in Angstrem.
