2020: Apollo-65FС

Apollo-65FC represents the automatic faltsevalno-sticking together machine with one or three splice points.

According to information for September, 2020, the section of giving of this machine has length of 1230 mm without the back supporting elements, is equipped with the vibromotor which is frequency and adjusted by a variator. Six giving belts with independent adjustments provide giving of procurements of any irregular shape.

Further to lines there is a double section of preliminary folding 1900 mm long containing a set of belts, lower (width of 30 mm) and upper carriages (width of 20 mm) with drive belts, all necessary elements for a prefolding on 180 ° or 135 °, the upper and lower guides forming and supporting elements.

The section of formation of a self-folding bottom 1250 mm long contains belts lower (width of 20 mm) and upper (width of 18 mm) carriages, the modules of formation of a folding bottom, guides supporting and forming elements, a set of mechanical hooks, the left and right disk glue devices. The section of final folding 2860 mm long, except belts, is equipped with the lower disk glue devices (at the left and on the right), carriages, the bearing elements with function of change of provision and regulated by forming rollers.
