Appius: a subsystem of operational planning of works - a subsystem for interaction of staff of the enterprise in real time.

On May 26, 2015 the Appius company announced release of a subsystem of operational planning of works in a product lifecycle management system.

The subsystem of operational planning of works is a part of systems Appius-Tekhnologiya, Appius-PLM Management system for the design estimates and helps to resolve tasks:

• create task lists and plan them in time (terms, planned labor input);

• break into a task on several subtasks;

• appoint executives in charge/group, the controlling persons;

• control work progress, readiness percent and also the actual labor input;

• group tasks of categories (tags);

• add/attach links to the ESI elements, technology objects, etc., comments, to trace the change history;

• conduct discussion with participants in the built-in chat within a specific objective;

• receive reminders in required time;

• subscribe for events and receive service notifications on internal/external mail.

The main window of a subsystem - "task bar" where tasks in which the user is directly involved are displayed – is an initiator, the contractor or the controlling person.

Use of collective knowledge in the system of collective work of the enterprise helps to make quicker and more effectively decisions on questions of preparation of production.

In a subsystem the employee of the company has access to the necessary information in the corresponding contexts, can initiate discussion on a product, the applied technologies of development and production. Discussion can be organized in the context of the data on a product which are stored in a product lifecycle management system.
