ArcGIS for State Government

ArcGIS for State Government is the solution for quick start of a geographic information system in government institutions.

On July 10, 2014 the Esri CIS company announced a release of the updated software solution of Esri company - ArcGIS for State Government.

The offered geographic information system consists of several specialized parts:

Health care – a collection of maps and applications which help to find to citizens of health facility and tools provide for implementation of safety of consumers.

Emergencies – a collection of maps and applications for plan development of reaction, support of knowledge of works during emergencies and also for support of works on recovery.

The environment and natural resources – a collection of the maps and applications allowing citizens to find up-to-date information about the permitted types of activity; information on location of parks and reserves to estimate water quality and to investigate recreational activity of the state.

Transport – a collection of maps and applications for assessment of the transport system, including road condition and works on their repair.

Economic development – a collection of maps and applications for increase in investment attractiveness: informs citizens and business, assists in the choice of the correct locations for the enterprises.

A number of customized applications is added:

• new web application "Life. Job. Location" for quick search in the specific area of the companies and organizations, shops, etc.;
• transport application;
• a number of applications for health care which help to carry out the space analysis of patterns of birth rate of the population, etc.

For users from Russia and the CIS countries there is an adapted solution of IPD "Region" which will help to create with the region the Center of space data for acceptance of management decisions and informing citizens, taking into account advantages of geographical approach.
