2025: Integration with TrueConf Server

Medical system Archimed + integrated with the Russian united communications platform. TrueConf Server Joint application will allow launching secure and technologically independent telemedicine services with 4K quality of communication in private statehospitals and center. This was TrueConf announced on February 25, 2025.

In Russia, the demand for telemedicine services is growing - in 2023, more than 6 million remote consultations were held, which is 40% higher than in 2020. Archimed + is a medical information system (MIS) for clinics. As of June 2024, this solution is used in more than 2,000 medical centers throughout Russia from Kaliningrad to Vladivostok. About 27,000 doctors and medical registrars work in this system every day.

Thanks to the integration of Archimed + and Telfin.Office services, it was possible to expand the functionality of MIS and customize the communication platform for clinic requests. Now, right from the system to one click, you can call patients, make them an appointment around the clock, keep statistics of calls and even record telephone conversations.

Voice mail and call forwarding, which are now available to users of service integration, allow customers to receive calls in 24/7 mode. If necessary, you can additionally connect a virtual voice assistant, which will not only make an appointment with the patient or issue a doctor's call, but also ask the necessary clarifying questions.

Call statistics, which are automatically recorded in the Telfin.Office PBX and duplicated in the Archimed + MIS, help track the work schedule of medical personnel and adjust it based on the number of applications of field medical and nursing teams, as well as depending on the number of requests for face-to-face and remote consultations.

Phone records have already become mandatory for many medical centers. Clinics actively use them to assess the quality of the work of administrators, as well as to resolve controversial issues. In addition, medical institutions are increasingly recording telephone conversations with patients during remote consultations, they can be easily attached to the client's electronic card.
