Armyurist — the directory system of law intended for operational bringing legal acts Ministry of Defence Russia to specific military units, quality improvement of preparation of documents and legal examination.
Armyurist system:
- It is certified for work with the data which are the state secret.
- Provides the differentiated access to acts according to the conferred powers.
- Excludes a possibility of copying and printing of the protected acts and their separate parts.
- Regularly is replenished with legal acts (The Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation, his deputies, commanders-in-chief of types, commanders of a voskama of military districts, types of military forces).
- Locates the database of the legal acts of the Defense Ministry adopted since 1918.
- Allows to look for documents according to details and a key word.
- Locates the dictionary of military technical terms with their determinations and links to legal acts in which they are given.
- Allows to hold testing of staff of Armed Forces for an examination of a legal minimum.
On jobs in military units and the organizations of Armed Forces officials of the Ministry of Defence, without attraction of third parties are engaged in installation of the Armyurist system.
2017: Creation
On September 5, 2017 the joint holding "Ruselectronics" announced creation a directory system of law of "Armyurist" for the benefit of Legal department of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation.
As a part of integrated Ruselectronics system development conducts the Central scientific research institute of economy of information science and management systems (JSC Central Research Institute EISU). Unlike other directory systems of law, "Armyurist" it is certified and allows to work with the data which are the state secret including with absolutely confidential. Access to legal acts is personified and differentiated according to the conferred powers. Also a system excludes a possibility of copying and printing of the protected acts and their separate parts. As of September, 2017, "Armyurist" functions in all territory of the Russian Federation.
In a system the database of the legal acts of the Defense Ministry adopted since 1918 is loaded. A system is regularly replenished with legal acts of the Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation, Deputy Ministers of Defence, commanders-in-chief of types, commanders of a voskama of military districts, with types of military forces.
A system is equipped with modern means of information search and allows to look for documents according to details and a key word. When opening the document on the screen of the monitor there is a current version (the virtual version) with all changes made to it.
Hyperlinks allow to perform transition to the legal acts making changes to the main document. Besides, in a system there is a dictionary of military technical terms with their determinations and links to legal acts in which they are given.
For the purpose of an examination of a legal minimum in a system the module of testing of staff of Armed Forces is implemented. Four levels of complexity of tests allow to estimate objectively knowledge of soldiers, ensigns, officers and federal public civil servants. After the answer to questions a system creates the report on passing of the test.
Installation of the Armyurist system on jobs in military units and the organizations of Armed Forces and also loading of an array of legal acts is performed by forces of officials of the Ministry of Defence, without attraction of third parties.
