Artlogic TMS

Artlogic TMS is a cloud management system for cargo transportation.

A system helps to control the factors affecting timeliness of shipment:

• orders are automatically distributed on free temporary windows of a warehouse,
• the warehouse receives notifications on pending shipments,
• parameters of transportation are known to transport company and receives notifications in case of their change.

All orders from clients appear in a system automatically on the basis of data from the ERP system. To achieve the maximum loading of machines, orders are automatically grouped. At any moment is to control an order status.

The order of transport becomes one click — there is no need of correspondence and calls by phone. A system will offer several options: the carrier on the lowest quotations assigned to this direction carrier or carrier with the best service. The selected transport company will receive the shipping request with all parts about the forthcoming transportation and a load.

The warehouse has the complete information about the forthcoming orders and can postpone collecting of goods not to occupy a forwarding zone. Documents for transportation automatically form in a system.

In a system there is always information on an order status - if the machine was delayed on loading and is late to the client, it is known at once and there is an opportunity to warn the client.

In case of partial or complete return of goods, the fact of its return on a warehouse it is possible to trace, consider all expenses connected with it. Reports in a system allow to receive statistics in different cuts — for example, percent of return of goods for the period.

A system is suitable for document storage, accompanying transportation. Documents can automatically be loaded from external sources, be created manually or form on the basis of templates. After completion of transportation, it is always known of return of documents.

Use of a system helps to receive detailing of payments on any transportation, in all respects, the history of their change. In a system the mechanism of confirmation of financial parameters by the customer of transportation until billing by transport company operates.
