Present Perfect is the system of synchronous demonstration of presentation material with vote elements on several devices with a possibility of interactive vote, on the IOS OS platform.
The application is suitable, as for independent work with presentation material, and for work in pair with the client and the whole working team.
The application provides holding the mobile presentations with vote on IOS-DEVICES and also allows to bring presentation material to a projection equipment. The application has no restrictions on the number of connections. The number of participants of the presentation is limited to capacity of the Wi-fi local area network - in need of connection of a large number of participants it is recommended to create/integrate several local networks.

Uniform format of documents
Present Perfect supports the fundamental corporate presentation standard – PDF and allows to broadcast videos.
Open in... and Dropbox function
Function is used for loading of PDF and video files from mail, the browser or connection to the application of a corporate account Dropbox. Required presentation material will always be near at hand.
Preparation of the presentation
"Presentation" in the application – set of the documents and videos put in one virtual folder. "Presentations" (presentation folders) are used for classification of presentation material. To start demonstration it is necessary to perform several simple operations: create "presentation", fill it with documents and invite participants, after that the application is ready to synchronous demonstration.
Demonstration functions
Intuitive management (browsing, approach and laser pointer) does work with the application easy and visual, demonstration – live and interactive.
Fast movement
Point transition between slides is possible using a line of slides or in the mode of miniatures of slides. It is important that when choosing this or that mode, the listener sees only the slide selected by the leader, and the procedure of the choice remains hidden.
Controlled demonstration
The Magnet function limits possibilities of listeners in their desire to turn over and bring closer slides - all participants will watch the same slide.
Monitoring of participants
The leader is always aware of readiness of listeners for demonstration of the presentation. In the section Participants the leader can: enter the name, perform monitoring of number of connections and devices, to see the relevant status of synchronization of presentation material.
Security and password
The presentation may contain confidential data. The password minimizes risk of unauthorized access, will not allow to save presentation material on the listener's device. For security the four-digit password, the TLS protocol and the protected Wi-fi network is used.
Vote of on-line
Each listener can instantly estimate the discussed subject. Participants vote it "is pleasant", "it is not pleasant" and "refrained". Results of vote are displayed on the leader's screen.
