AstroSoft: Analytics for telecommunications

The AstroSoft company presented in March, 2013 the industry analytical solution for the telecommunication sector allowing to analyze dynamics of development of the company, to build evident dependence between natural and financial performance, to estimate efficiency of marketing actions. The Analytics for Telecommunications application is developed on the QlikView platform and the analyst estimating dynamics of consumption of services in the cuts necessary and management decisions, sufficient for operational acceptance, represents the expanded set. With its help it is possible to obtain quickly information on trends of development of a subscriber base, financial receipts, to control dynamics of migration of subscribers between tariff plans and changes in volumes of provision of services with detailing on regional sign. The application allows users to create own reports "on demand" and also to analyze data from billing systems and accounting information resources of the company.

The solution is scaled, allowing to increase quickly the number of users in a system with the unique requirements to the reporting and analytics (sales departments, marketing, work with subscribers, the economical departments, departments and services providing control of technology accession and so forth). In the solution the possibility of accumulation of functionality and increase in volume of the processed information is put. The application is ergonomic, has friendly to the user the interface, intuitive logic of execution of tasks.

The implemented access to a system using mobile devices allows clients to make the weighed decisions on the basis of complete data, being out of office. The information access is provided in the protected environment.
