AstroSoft: Assist HR

"AstroSoft: Assist HR" is the instrument of information visualization from databases in which account of the transactions connected with personnel of the company is kept. The application works both on mobile devices, and on desktop computers running Windows 8.

The main objective of the solution – visualization of different analytical information, for example, the movement of personnel, the vacation schedule and training, the loudspeaker of salaries, the analysis of business trips, etc. Users obtain data in a format, visual and convenient for work – i.e. in the form of tables, diagrams, schemes and charts. Information can be created both on the company in general, and on specific division or the employee. Each of indicators allows to reach for one click the latest level of data – for example, by Movement of personnel from the general data on the company to a personal card of each employee.

Client part of the application is available in Windows Shop. It represents the demoversion of the program and allows to get acquainted with opportunities of the standard version. Server part "AstroSoft: Assist HR" is integrated with databases of the enterprise. If account is kept in the standard 1C: Payroll and HR Management configuration, then the solution can be purchased and configured for work within two-three hours. If at the enterprise the modified 1C: Payroll and HR Management configuration is used, or personnel management is automated using 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management, SAP or on other platform, that implementation assumes project works. In this situation the customer receives the system which is completely focused on features of the specific company and also a number of the different non-standard modules necessary for work for the HR manager or the CEO.

Unlike "heavy" solutions on a business intelligence, "AstroSoft: Assist HR" does not require expensive implementation of the platform, acquisition of additional licenses and long completion under requirements of the customer. It makes it available to business of any size.

The software product considers modern requirements to the capacity of the device and to safety of data transmission for what authentication of users by the login/password and data encryption using the HTTPS protocol is used.
