AstroSoft: System of tracking execution of documents (LED)

The system of tracking execution of documents (LED) - the system of performing discipline, is intended for control of document handling by users of the programs "1C:Enterprise 8".

On October 7, 2016 the AstroSoft company announced development of the system of performing discipline for control of timely document handling by users of the systems "1C:Enterprise 8".

The system of tracking execution of documents (LED) is focused on use in any company, developers stated.

Software it is applicable in sales departments and purchases which should control debit and creditor debts, timely to prepare the closing documents. A system simplifies work to the staff of financial service who needs to monitor timeliness of return of the closing documents and to plan cash flows. Warehouse workers can control by means of the LED products expiration dates, and HR department - the end of operation of terminal employment contracts.

The LED helps to control work of subordinates: a system reveals the situations requiring intervention of the management and notifies on them.

The surveillance program behind execution of documents represents "plug-in" for the information system 1C working at the enterprise. The LED helps to create scenarios of control of objects of a system (documents, reference books) and in the background makes check of objects on compliance to the conditions set in the scenario. At violation of the scenario the program will automatically notify users, both in a system, and by e-mail.

The LED can be used in any information base "1C: Enterprise" with the version of the platform not lower than 8.2.

The license LED can be used on an unlimited number of jobs. Validity period 1 year.
