AutoCAD 2013

• Direct connection to cloud services for file sharing via the Internet and the configured file synchronization. The Open On Mobile and Collaborate Now functions provide interaction with the AutoCAD WS application.
• The updated format of files in the products AutoCAD 2013 thanks to which it was succeeded to implement new technologies and to increase high-speed performance.
• The improved opportunities for work with associative arrays, including the contextual tab of a tape appearing during creation of an array. For arrays on a trajectory it is possible to select either maintenance of the fixed quantity of objects, or a variation of quantity of objects depending on length of a trajectory and an interval.
• The command line with additional opportunities and a large number of options of setup. It can be attached to the upper or lower bound of a window and also to unfasten and locate in any place of work area. Users can browse history of commands, execute the previous commands and activate options of commands, clicking on them in the command line.

Now users can work directly with cloud services Autodesk and thanks to it to participate in design process regardless of where they are now. Users of AutoCAD 2013 get access to hundreds of applications through Autodesk Exchange Apps shop. Now it became even simpler to them to adapt AutoCAD for the requirements.

• The accelerated documentation release and the accelerated work on projects at all stages thanks to the powerful AutoCAD 2013 functions, such as creation of cuts and portable elements, modern user templates and print preview of changes on the specific screen. Users can import 3D models directly to AutoCAD and at once create intellectual 2D - types, minimizing the number of the repeating transactions and accelerating workflow.
• Free data exchange throughout all workflow thanks to consolidation of models of different formats in AutoCAD. Users can open and save files in a cloud now. Possibilities of import and consolidation of 3D models, interactions through social networks and gaining access to projects help to conduct joint work in any place with mobile devices and at any time.
• The convenient AutoCAD setup according to a circle of solvable tasks using applications for AutoCAD on Autodesk Exchange, synchronization of the adapted and supporting files, the simplified means of data transfer.
• Research of the project ideas in 2D - and 3D - a format using such powerful opportunities, as 3D - design of any forms, the contextual PressPull tool, extraction of curves from surfaces and integration with Autodesk Inventor Fusion. These intuitive tools help users to visualize the ideas and to give them the form, realizing concepts.

• Command line. The user interface includes the improved abilities to manage in color and transparency of the command line. Move the loose command line (by default coming down to one line) over the drawing AutoCAD window, at the same time translucent history of commands (in which it is possible to display up to 50 lines) does not prevent to work with drawing area.
• Improvements during the work with arrays. AutoCAD 2013 brings associative arrays to new level, showing objects in templates quicker.
• Shading. The tab allows to select several objects for one transaction from the film "Editor of Shadings".
• Print preview of properties in an outline. When choosing object properties and their change it is possible to browse dynamically every time preliminary result.
• Support of "clouds" of points. The improved management of clouds of points which can be configured using the Manager of External References. The window of the Pick Up the Cloud of Points dialog provides print preview and more detailed information. Possibilities of import and consolidation of files with clouds of points are expanded. When you select a cloud of points, its limiting bar is represented (simplifying visualization of provision of a cloud in three-dimensional space). If data on intensity are used, it is possible to apply means of the analysis to viewing points of intensity with different color schemes.
• Compression and pulling. Flexible opportunities of compression and pulling of several objects at once. It is possible to use two-dimensional and three-dimensional curves (not only in limited area).
• Receiving curves on a surface. Use of the Take Izoliniya function for fast extraction of curve isolines for the existing surfaces or edges of a solid body. The possibility of change of the direction of isolines, the choice of a chain or creation of a spline on a curvilinear surface is supported.
• Import of files of Inventor. In AutoCAD 2013 you can import and edit the Inventor models.
• Documentation of model. Documentation of detailed types and sections is added to AutoCAD 2012. The user can select objects for inclusion in documentation to any model (there is no more restriction for inclusion of VSEH of objects).
• The crossed-out text. Function is available in Mtext, Mleader, the sizes and tables.
• Adding of arrows to a font. Shooters are included in The Text in a Font function.
• Print preview of objects of similarity. Possibility of print preview of result of the OFFSET command.
• Social networks. A possibility of transition from the application to Facebook and Twitter.
• Expanded quantity of templates. A possibility of migration of projects in AutoCAD 13 made in earlier versions of AutoCAD.
• The image of the masking objects on the display (but without printing on the printer) using the new WIPEOUTFRAME variable.
