The Autodesk company announced in June, 2011 an exit of the software package AutoCAD Plant 3D — the powerful tool for design of industrial enterprises and creation of their digital prototypes in such segments as chemical industry, power, transportation and oil refining and gas.
The release of the kantrifitsirovanny version of AutoCAD Plant 3D means that the program not only has completely Russified interface, but also in it the work documentation according to the Russian standards is marketed, and – the most important – under a product directories of pipeline elements on the Russian standards are developed: GOST 550-75, GOST 3262-75, GOST 8696-74, GOST 8732-78, GOST 8734-75, GOST 9940-81, GOST 9941-81 and to others.
AutoCAD Plant 3D is founded on the latest version of the AutoCAD platform and provides the most modern means of three-dimensional design. AutoCAD P&ID is integrated into the program that allows to implement a possibility of approval of technology schemes of three-dimensional model and also to receive two-dimensional and isometric drawings and other documents in extremely short terms. The convenient system of access and management allows to increase performance and to increase design accuracy.
AutoCAD Plant 3D, based on the latest version of the AutoCAD platform, provides means of three-dimensional design. AutoCAD P&ID is integrated into AutoCAD Plant 3D that allows to approve data of schemes and three-dimensional model. Fast obtaining two-dimensional and isometric drawings and also other working documents, the convenient system of access and management of them allow to increase performance and to increase design accuracy.
When using AutoCAD Plant3D:
Creation of projects, introduction of changes in them, release of drawings in comparison with other CAD and even with AutoCAD becomes simpler. Coordination of the project as process of coordination of actions of colleagues of adjacent specialties is automated based on a 3D model increases.
The quality of design due to automatic identification of collisions, i.e. intersections of elements of model among themselves increases. Therefore the project organization can guarantee to the customer total absence of similar errors in the project. The Russian version of a product is adapted for the Russian regulations and standards of process design.
