2020: Certification of the built-in system of data protection of ASU-Invest of FSTEC of Russia

On March 24, 2020 it became known that the built-in system of data protection of the corporate platform of ASU-Invest is certified FSTEC of Russia as an information security product according to requirements of trust.

According to the company, since June 1, 2020 for all state information systems (GIS) use of the trust which is certified according to requirements software will become obligatory. This requirement is dictated by the become effective changes in the order of FSTEC of Russia No. 17 of February 11, 2013. For the beginning of March, 2020 according to the State register of the certified information security tools only about 20 information security tools (IST) have the appropriate certificate. At the same time solutions for corporate information systems from them only 2, including the information security facility for the corporate digital platform of the investment management and portfolio management of ASU Invest.

The information security facility "ASU-Invest", in particular, meets now the requirements for security of information setting the trust levels to means of information technical protection and security protections of information on the 6th trust level.

The corporate digital platform of ASU-Invest is used more than 10 years for management of project portfolios of both the private, and state organizations, and multilevel holdings. The platform provides a full stroke of work with portfolios, from the centralized collecting and assessment of the ideas, preparation and planning of a portfolio before processes of post-project monitoring.

Also, ASU-Invest includes specific solutions for polnofunktsiony support of processes of corporate project offices, and a flexible opportunity to configure financial models and communications, allows to receive authentic forecasts for rejections of financial plans, budgets and indicators of investment attractiveness of projects, and the main thing - to make investment decisions, being based on the data of project activity as main method of strategy implementation of the organization.

Besides, ASU-Invest is included in the register of domestic software and is completely compatible to import-independent OS and DBMS.

For March, 2020 ASU-Invest is the platform in the register of domestic software which allows to build completely processes of investment and project activities, to consider them as a unit and to provide necessary data protection.

Requirements to the trust levels are intended for:

• developers and producers program and program and technical (hardware-software) information security facility,
• applicants on certification implementation,
• the testing laboratories and certification bodies performing works on certification of means of protecting on compliance to requirements for security of information.

Requirements to the trust level are subject to obligatory application at certification of the information security facility since June 1, 2019.

Since January 1, 2020 FSTEC of Russia can suspend any existing certificate of conformity which will not undergo additional conformity assessment to requirements to the trust levels and will not report results of such assessment to FSTEC of Russia. (according to the information message of FSTEC of Russia of March 29, 2019 N 240/24/1525).

According to the Order of FSTEC of Russia of July 20, 2018 No. 131 6 trust levels are established. The lowest level – the sixth, the highest – the first:

• The information security systems corresponding 6 – mu to the trust level, are applied on significant objects of critical information infrastructure of the 3rd category, in the state information systems (SIS) automated control systems for production and technology processes (ACS) of the 3rd class of security, personal data information systems in need of providing the 3rd and 4 levels of protection.
• The information security systems corresponding to the 5th trust level are applied on significant objects of critical information infrastructure of the 2nd category, in GIS and an ACS of the 2nd class of security, personal data information systems in need of providing 2 levels of security of personal data.
• The information security systems corresponding to the 4th trust level are applied on significant objects of critical information infrastructure of the 1st category, in GIS and an ACS of the 1st class of security, personal data information systems in need of ensuring the 1st level of security, in public information systems of the 2nd class.
• Information security systems, to the corresponding 1, 2 and 3 trust levels, are applied in information systems in which information containing the data which are the state secret is processed.

2019: Inclusion in the Register of domestic software

On June 26, 2019 the Project Practice company announced that the Expert advice at the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications makes the decision on inclusion of the platform of development of solutions for process automation of investment, portfolio and project activities of ASU-Invest in the register of the domestic software.

As noted, the version which entered the register is completely compatible to import-independent OS and DBMS that allows state companies to apply the Russian and international experience in full accordance with requirements for import substitution, and corporate users to select ideally compatible solution with the existing infrastructure.

On December 1, 2017 Proyektnaya PRAKTIKA Ltd the automated control system for investment activities (ASU-Invest) received the certificate of Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent) about registration of the software product ". The version for Corporations". Registration certificate No. 2017663411.

This software is the information platform of development of application solutions for process automation of investment, portfolio, project and process activities of the large commercial and state organizations.
