2021: Set the status of the maintenance system
The Modbus TCP/RTU protocol converter from the Automatics Concern is assigned the status of a TORP. The Concern announced this on July 8, 2021.
The development of the Automatics Concern of Rostec State Corporation allows combining Modbus-compatible industrial equipment in APCS networks into a single computing network. The assignment of the maintenance status to this line of equipment confirms its Russian origin and allows the company to participate in projects with corresponding requirements for telecommunication equipment.
The status of the TORP was assigned according to the decision of the meeting of the Interdepartmental Expert Council of June 3, 2021 "On assigning the status of telecommunications equipment of Russian origin to telecommunications equipment manufactured in the Russian Federation."
The Modbus TCP/RTU Advanced IG-RSE Protocol Converter allows you to combine Modbus-compatible industrial equipment into a single computing network. It is designed for use in APCS networks of enterprises and automation objects with high requirements for network fault tolerance and security between Modbus Master (TCP) and Modbus Slave (RTU) devices.
The line of equipment from BPO Progress JSC meets the requirements for operation at industrial and automation facilities in difficult climatic conditions, and the use of the domestic processor eliminates the presence of undeclared functions. Assigning the status of a TORP to a line of protocol converters will also allow you to get priority in procurement tenders held by state customers and companies with state participation in the framework of 223-FZ and 44-FZ, "said Marat Timirov, General Director of BPO Progress JSC. |
The Modbus TCP/RTU protocol converter was developed in BPO Progress JSC, part of the Automatics Concern of Rostec State Corporation.
The status of equipment of Russian origin confirms that IG-RSE from BPO Progress JSC meets the requirements of Order No. 1032/397 Ministry of Industry and Trade Russia from 17.08.2011 "On approval of parameters, in accordance with the values of which telecommunication equipment manufactured in the Russian Federation may be assigned the status of telecommunication equipment of Russian origin."
