2021: Set the status of the maintenance system

The Modbus TCP/RTU protocol converter from the Automatics Concern is assigned the status of a TORP. The Concern announced this on July 8, 2021.

The development of the Automatics Concern of Rostec State Corporation allows combining Modbus-compatible industrial equipment in APCS networks into a single computing network. The assignment of the maintenance status to this line of equipment confirms its Russian origin and allows the company to participate in projects with corresponding requirements for telecommunication equipment.

The status of the TORP was assigned according to the decision of the meeting of the Interdepartmental Expert Council of June 3, 2021 "On assigning the status of telecommunications equipment of Russian origin to telecommunications equipment manufactured in the Russian Federation."

The Modbus TCP/RTU Advanced IG-RSE Protocol Converter allows you to combine Modbus-compatible industrial equipment into a single computing network. It is designed for use in APCS networks of enterprises and automation objects with high requirements for network fault tolerance and security between Modbus Master (TCP) and Modbus Slave (RTU) devices.
