Auvix Booco Convis

Booco Convis is the hardware-software solution for visualization of plenary sessions which are controlled the Bosch DICENTIS system. During the meeting on the panels and videowalls installed in a conference room or the hall the agenda, information on registration of participants, active speakers, results of votes, etc. is in real time displayed. The solution is easily integrated and configured. The preconfigured template can be changed by integrator or the client independently.

2019: Booco Convis representation

On October 1, 2019 the AUVIX company reported that it developed and presented the hardware-software solution for visualization of plenary sessions of BOOCO CONVIS.

BOOCO CONVIS is included into a product family of BOOCO which allow to manage the AV equipment and shared resources of the companies. BOOCO is integrated with MS Exchange and other calendar systems and can include/switch off the AV equipment, lighting according to the schedule of conference rooms or meeting rooms, to manage ventilation and also in advance to notify IT personnel on existence of problems.

From the technical point of view of BOOCO CONVIS represents the program BOOCO server (which usually is installed on the PC with DICENTIS by the server) and SpinetiX HMP350 players with the software of BOOCO CONVIS.

The DICENTIS conference system is based on a multimedia network architecture of OMNEO and is easily integrated with other systems, components and IT infrastructure. It develops taking into account changes of open standards and is the solution with the high level of quality, durability, security and reliability.

We are glad to provide our development - BOOCO CONVIS which will allow to add paints to conferences, meetings of Boards of Directors and plenary sessions. This task is extremely demanded in the market. We often heard about it from our clients, and now this niche will be filled.
