2020: Avaya carried out rebranding of a portfolio of unified communications
The Avaya company, solution provider for contact centers and unified communications, carried out by summer of 2020 rebranding of all the communication portfolio under the name Avaya OneCloud and now positions itself as the supplier of cloud services of communication.
Avaya OneCloud covers all product family of Avaya focused on contact centers as service (CCaaS), unified communications as service (UCaaS) and a communication framework as service (CPaaS). Avaya offers a number of operational, consumer and commercial models which can be unrolled as locally, and using offers of Avaya for a private and public cloud.
- Avaya OneCloud CCaaS provides solutions on customer interaction and the employees, including voice communication, video, a chat, message exchange and social networks, at the same time using AI, analytical data, knowledge and resources of all organization.
- Avaya OneCloud UCaaS provides to employees of function of unified communications and joint work for holding meetings, message exchange and joint work.
- Avaya OneCloud CPaaS provides API for creating applications for connection with use of the platform which supports the SMS, MMS, voice messages, messengers and digital channels.
Avaya proposes to clients two solutions in a communication segment: cloud office Avaya Cloud Office and Avaya Spaces. Cloud Office obtained the license from RingCentral at the end of 2019. Office is full-fledged office automatic telephone exchange with telephony functions, and Spaces is the cloud applicaion focused on video conference for holding of conferences and meetings with some telephony functions.
The solution Avaya OneCloud is available as locally, and through own private cloud of Avaya which is provided by large providers of services of a collocation, such as Equinix and Digital Reality Trust. The cloud office Cloud Office is placed in Google Cloud cloud.
