On September 28, 2023, Avito launched ad promotion services for professional users. The algorithm of the updated functionality is convenient and predictable: for the selected budget, users will see a range of additional views in advance. Thus, the seller will be able to determine the promotion strategy with a comfortable budget and an understandable result.

The AI algorithm not only promotes the ad in search results and in a personal recommendation feed, but also builds a forecast based on historical data on the effectiveness of promoting similar ads.

Some sellers do not have enough organic viewing growth due to high competition, tight sales deadlines or low popularity of the product or service. The effectiveness was influenced by a lot of factors - the level of competition in the region and category, the time of publication, the quality of the announcement itself - and in advance the result was difficult to predict.

  • You can immediately select the desired number of days - in the range from 1 to 30 days.
  • You can choose a daily budget - one of seven suggested options that are defined for the user depending on the region and category.
  • Ads are shown to those users who are more likely to complete the deal.
  • Only unique views are included in the forecast: if a person enters the ad several times a day, the algorithm will count it as one view.

If the seller chooses a daily budget of 200 rubles, and the term is 10 days, then the final budget will be 2,000 rubles. The algorithm makes the most of the daily budget, showing more predictable and faster results. Thus, the seller will be able to choose the most effective strategy for promoting the ad, understanding in advance what result to expect for the specified budget.

The first to try these promotion services will be able to all sellers of the vertical "Services" and some categories in the vertical "Goods." Gradually, they will become available to all professional sellers on Avito.
