To increase the visibility of the ad on the platform, Avito Real Estate provides agents with opportunities to promote the ads they compose and publish for the owner of the property. According to the platform, ads with promotion, including additional or increased photos and a dedicated price, receive 2-3 times more views and up to 50% more calls and messages from potential buyers.

After closing the transaction, the representative of the real estate agency receives a commission, the final size of which is discussed directly with the owner. On average, it is 2-3%. For professional and private users in three regions, mandatory check on the extract will begin on August 4, 2023.
