Awara Translate

Awara Translate is the translation solution of accounting transactions, it is intended for any companies in which the accounting and management reporting is kept in several languages. Works with  MS Dynamics NAV. 

The Awara IT Solutions company provided in September, 2011 addition for the Microsoft Dynamics NAV system. AwaraTranslate represents the translation solution of accounting transactions intended for all companies in which the accounting and management reporting is kept in several languages.

AwaraTranslate provides control over all transaction types — transactions automatically register in required languages, at the same time reduces costs and time for the translation of texts for the foreign management / the foreign employees and, as a result, increases labor productivity of employees (there is no need to be engaged in transfer manually). In general the solution is suitable for all employees for whom transfer of current transactions, says Awara IT Solutions is necessary.

According to developers, the solution AwaraTranslate is completely automated. A transfer can be made in 2 modes: at the time of input of transaction in magazines; at the time of transaction accounting.

Today the solution already works in one of representative offices of the international company from the industry HoReCa and is registered by Microsoft corporation.

The application works as follows:

• the program checks settings - from what and on what language a transfer should be made.
• there is a check in in advance configured reference book of the texts on the following parameters predetermined by the user: language of a source text, language of a translated text, text being translated.
• if the translation of the text is not found in this reference book, the program uses Bing-service for online translation of the text - the request to service with the following parameters is made: language of a source text, language of a translated text, text being translated.

Works of the solution are result the filled fields which are in addition added to a system with the transfer made by the rules predeterminated by the user in settings (language of a source text, language of a translated text, the reference book of the texts predetermined by the user).

Using the programmer the application is installed and configured approximately in 1 hour.

The solution is certified by Microsoft corporation for the Microsoft Dynamics NAV system.
