2019: Excam XF Q1645 and XF Q1785
On July 22, 2019 the Axis Communications company provided the explosion-proof cameras EXCAM XF Q1645 and XF Q1785. They are protected from adverse effects from the outside, including mechanical influence, corrosion, adverse weather conditions and emergencies on productions. Thanks to analytical opportunities the explosion-proof EXCAM XF Q1645 and EXCAM XF Q1785 network cameras solve two important problems of industrial enterprises: protection of production capacities and risk reduction regarding environmental protection, security and health of workers. Permanent online broadcasting will allow the management of the enterprises to make operational decisions on resource allocation and actions for security, claim in Axis.
According to the producer, the cameras XF Q1645 and XF Q1785 are held for use on explosive objects and zones 1, 2, 21, 22, IIC, IIIC are certified according to the ATEX, IECEx and EAC Ex standards. They are capable to work at temperatures in the range from-60 to +60 °C, and the small weight and support of PoE allow to carry out installation and installation even on high buildings and masts. Cameras are equipped with Lightfinder and Forensic WDR technologies that gives the chance to receive the high-quality image on badly lit objects. Analytic functions of cameras will allow not only to reduce risk of possible threats, but also to take effective measures in case of their emergence.
According to the statement of Axis, the camera EXCAM XF Q1645 has high photosensitivity and permission of HDTV 1080p with a frequency of 100/120 frames per second. Electronic stabilization allows it to save the qualitative image without distortions in the conditions of vibration. Also on it the lens i-CS with automatic focusing is set that allows to regulate an overview field remotely. All this allows to obtain in real time to the operator reliable information about production processes, including controlling indications of thermometers, a status of different sensors and valves.
According to the producer, the 32-fold optical zoom does the camera EXCAM XF Q1785 by an optimal solution for the round-the-clock video surveillance behind extended crucial objects, for example, behind conveyors or conveyer belts. The optical zoom will allow to receive the approximate image of objects and people in permission of HDTV 1080p with a frequency of 25/30 frames per second. In addition, the camera shows the hi-res picture in the maximum permission even at the edges of a frame in extremely difficult conditions of lighting, thanks to the set functions Lightfinder, Forensic WDR and correction of barrels. The camera is equipped with the mechanism electronic stabilization of the image which increases quality of the video image in the conditions of vibration.
