2020: Robot lawyer Debetok wins 100 courts and continues to work under restrictions due to coronavirus
Debetok is an online service for automatic collection of receivables through court, developed by B2B-Center. The online service for collecting receivables automatically calculates the amount of the claim, including debt, penalties, interest on the use of other people's money, as well as the cost of state duties and payment for the services of the service itself. The user can only approve the final amount and wait for the court decision.
Since the launch, robot lawyer Debetok has received 100 court decisions in favor of the applicants. The total amount of debt on them exceeded 18.8 million rubles. The largest was the decision for 525 thousand rubles, and the minimum - 11 thousand.
"Due to the coronavirus, arbitration courts suspend face-to-face consideration of disputes and acceptance of documents. Debetok deals with disputes, which the court considers in a simplified manner without calling the parties, and sends all documents electronically. Therefore, our robot continues to remotely protect the rights of users and win disputes for them, "says Yulia Kozlova, head of the Debetok service. |
Through Debetok, you can collect debts of up to 800 thousand rubles from legal entities and up to 400 thousand rubles from individual entrepreneurs without a visit to court. To file a lawsuit, just upload the documents and fill out the form on the website.
"As our experience shows, the service is actually win-win and free. In 100% of cases, the robot wins and receives a court decision to compensate users for hospitality expenses, "continues Yulia Kozlova. |
2018:60 courts won, 8.8 million rubles of receivables returned
For 2018, users of Debetok, an online debt collection service for business, received 60 court decisions in their favor, the company told TAdviser B2B-Center March 5, 2019. The total amount of debt on them amounted to 8.8 million rubles.
As specified in the B2B-Center, the largest decision was 468 thousand rubles. In all cases, the court decided to compensate users for the service at the expense of the defendant.
Debetok automatically calculates the amount of the claim, including debt, penalties, interest on the use of other people's money, as well as the cost of state duties and payment for the services of the service itself. The user can only approve the final amount and wait for the court decision. As practice has shown, the service is actually free, since the courts in 100% of cases make a decision on compensation for representative expenses, - said Yulia Kozlova, project manager at Debetok. |
According to the developers of the service, through Debetok, you can remotely collect debts of up to 500 thousand rubles from legal entities and up to 250 thousand rubles from individual entrepreneurs. To file a lawsuit, just upload the documents and fill out the form.
We created a service because we ourselves spent a lot of time and effort working with receivables. As a result, they freed our lawyers from the routine and switched to more important cases. From October 2019, the thresholds for online claims will increase, so Debetok will be able to return up to 800 thousand rubles from legal entities and up to 400 thousand from individual entrepreneurs, - added Yulia Kozlova. |
2017: Debetok online service announcement
On July 24, 2017, B2B-Center announced the development of an online debetok service. With its help, companies can automatically collect receivables from counterparties through the courts.
To file a lawsuit through debetok, you need to fill out a short form, upload documents confirming the debt, pay legal costs and the service. Customers can B2B-Center work with the service without leaving their personal account on the site.
After checking the documents, the service will automatically form a statement of claim and send it electronically to the court, monitor the procedural deadlines and inform the user about the court's decision.
Significant delays in payment of executed contracts are unfortunately common in corporate sales. Small and medium-sized businesses suffer from them, which cannot maintain a staff of lawyers to collect debts. debetok will save them a legal routine, automate debt recovery and save resources on litigation. The service has become an organic element of our ecosystem, which has "digitized" another process in b2b trading. Alexey Degtyarev, CEO B2B-Center |
